1. Overview
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Generally, payments for subscription services are non-refundable, but we offer a satisfaction guarantee for first-time users and handle technical issues on a case-by-case basis.
2. Monthly & Annual Subscriptions
Monthly Plans: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Refunds are generally not provided for partial months of service or unused credits, unless you request a refund within 7 days of the initial charge.
Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual subscription, you may be eligible for a prorated refund if the request is made within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for the remaining term.
3. One-Time Credit Packs
Purchases of "Pay-as-you-go" credit packs are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been utilized. If you have purchased a pack in error and have not used any credits, please contact support within 48 hours for a full refund.
4. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
We may grant refunds at our sole discretion in the following scenarios:
- Service Downtime: Significant, documented service interruptions that prevented you from using the platform for an extended period.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error or billing discrepancy.
- Technical Failure: If our parsing engine consistently fails to process valid, supported document types despite troubleshooting assistance from our support team.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Your account email address
- Date of transaction
- Transaction ID (if available)
- Reason for the request
6. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed immediately. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
